Terms of service and refund policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Pagewake browser extension and the Pagewake Pro subscription. Pagewake is provided by Ali Can Binboga, a sole trader in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By installing or using Pagewake, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Pagewake is a Chrome extension that checks web pages you choose and notifies you when they change. It runs in your browser and stores your data on your device (see our privacy policy). The free plan is offered at no charge. Pagewake Pro unlocks additional features as described on our pricing section.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Pro subscriptions and billing

4. Cancelling

5. Refunds

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Pagewake reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update Pagewake and these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change that affects paying subscribers, we'll give you notice, and you can cancel if you don't agree.

7. Liability

We aren't responsible for losses caused by changes, errors or downtime on websites you choose to monitor, or for missed or delayed alerts, except where the law doesn't allow us to exclude liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under UK law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring claims in the courts where you live.
